AI Chat Conversations

When you use our AI chat assistant, the messages you send are transmitted to our server and forwarded to a third-party AI service (Anthropic) to generate responses. We do not permanently store the content of your chat conversations. Chat messages exist only for the duration of your session and are not saved to any database. We do not associate chat content with any personal identity. Do not share personally identifiable information, medical record numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive data in the chat.

Information You Provide Voluntarily

If you contact us via email or other communication channels, we will receive whatever information you choose to provide, such as your name and email address. We will use this information only to respond to your inquiry and will not share it with third parties.

We do not permanently store chat conversations. Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics according to their standard retention settings (currently 14 months). If you contact us by email, we may retain your correspondence for a reasonable period to address your inquiry and for our records.
